Head to head in Berlin

Pro Climbing League comes to Berlin on Saturday 23 January 2027 at the Max-Schmeling-Halle. The world’s best climbers go head to head on identical boulders, side by side, and every matchup decides who stays in. With a 50.000£ (58.000€) prize purse up for grabs, one of the biggest ever in competition climbing, every move counts.

How the competition works

  • Two athletes climb identical boulders side by side.
  • Winners progress through a knockout bracket.
  • The final rounds decide the event winners.

Plan your visit

The day is split into two sessions, each with its own ticket:

  • Afternoon: Group stage. Every climber takes on several head-to-head matchups across three boulders. Only four per gender make it to the final.
  • Evening: Final. The top four men and top four women battle it out across multi-boulder rounds for a place on the podium and a share of the prize purse.

Come for one session or stay for both.

Plan your visit

The event takes place on Saturday 23 January 2027 at the Max-Schmeling-Halle, Falkplatz 1, 10437 Berlin. Door times and the full schedule will be announced before the event, along with entry and accessibility information.
